About me:

Hi, I’m Mansi Raikar, a positive soul who is passionate about helping people find clarity, resilience, and relief during life’s most overwhelming moments.

With experience in clinical and counseling psychology, I’ve worked with individuals facing everything from chronic stress and burnout to emotional fatigue and life transitions. I specialize in behavioral coaching, stress management, and patient-centered therapy, with a strong foundation in motivational interviewing and holistic mental health care.

My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a belief that healing isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about understanding your story and helping you reconnect with your inner self. Whether we’re working through daily anxiety, workplace pressure, or deeper emotional patterns, I aim to create a safe, calm space where you can feel heard, understood and supported.

I’m currently pursuing an MSc in Work and Organisational Psychology at the University of Limerick, expanding my work into areas like workplace wellbeing, leadership stress, and how work environments shape our mental health.

Outside of therapy, I’m a dog mom who loves nature, meaningful conversations, and the lifelong process of learning what it means to care, for others and for ourselves.

Our rates

First session:

Online, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, initial meetings are 30 mins to 45 mins.

Online; this time will be spent evaluating your physical and mental health to dig deeper into navigating your difficult situations, addressing mental health concerns, and fostering personal growth.

Meditation:

Online; this session will help with both your mental and physical well-being, primarily by reducing stress and improving focus. It can help individuals manage anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions, while also promoting better sleep, improved mood, and increased self-awareness.

Yoga:

Online; this 1:1 yoga session helps with the physical and mental well-being, including improved flexibility, strength, balance, and posture. It also helps manage stress, reduce anxiety and depression, and improve sleep quality.
